Goibibo is cheating by misguiding. Review on Goibibo

I had booked( paid full for no of days) hotel through goibibo.2 days before the travel date I got sick and so called goibibo to either cancel or postpone my booking.they told me wont get any refund on cancellation, so I said then would like to postpone.goibibo told me to hold the line and they will speak to hotel first.then they informed me hotel has agreed to postpone to next weekend booking.i will receive a confirmation in couple days.but since I didnt receive any confirmation till the travel date so I wrote to goibibo.they replied me after the travel date was passed that the hotel has rejected the postponement.i took up the issue to goibibo management but no one did anything.finally I raised a complain with consumer forum.after which goibibo updates me that the hotel has agreed to postpone .but need to book only in jan and that too between Mon- thur only.i said I cant travel in week days.so I refused and raised the issue with consumer affair.after which they replied I can book on a weekend also but will need to pay any additional charges if there is a fare difference.i checked online and saw there was actualy fare difference but new fare was on lower side so I asked goibibo in that case will they refund me the difference.to which they denied and kept passing time.and now only 15days left and they are forcing me to book within these 15 days.goibibo is showing hi handedness just because I paid in full in advance.and harassing me.the hotel I booked was Hotel Lonavala in lonavala.
