I have booked a return ticket from Bengaluru to New Delhi on 23.02.2020 for March/April 2020. Due to COVID 19, the flights were canceled and I could not travel. But I am not able to reschedule or cancel the ticket as the company has erased all the records of booking. When I searched the net there are many people with the same issue and in other cases, the airlines have refunded the money to Goibibo and in turn, it is not returning the same to passengers. THERE IS NO EMAIL OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO. Customer Support is through the recorded system.
