I feel this review is:
I have booked a bus ticket through ibibo from Chennai to Rajahmundry. The departure time was half an hour earlier than what was mentioned in m-ticket.The contact number mentioned in ticket was also not reachable. It took me 40 mins to get driver's number talking to their customer service. Eveytime the service executives made us repeat mail IDs though we gave them registered complaint id. Finally I had to travel to next boarding point to catch the bus.Totally disappointed with the service they provide . They don't even intimate the ticket holders regarding preponed departure
