This is worst and the biggest fraud website I have come across. They have not refunded my one booking for a ticket as I was not able to board the flight cause of some extremely family emergency. I did not take the flight and my refund amount they have not returned for the past 1 year. They are saying they have processed my refund.
goibibo please check your system and you have emailed me that you have refunded my amount 8th oct 2016 how is that possible I had booked my ticket for 09/12/2016 goibibo executives are biggest fraud and liars. Your disgusting and worthless executives mistakes have made me struggle for a sum of Rs 1643 for a whole year and still you are not able to give refund back . I demand my refund back with the necessary compensation on high priority .
