I booked the flight ticket with Goibibo which was a nightmare. Goibibo and Jet Airways both were competing with each other while harassing me. Everything will be cool if you book ticket with them and do not needs to change anything, they will get their commission and everything is just ok however it would certainly turn into the nightmare if you will try to change something on booking. In my case Jet Airways has reschedule the flight and the new timings were not matching with my schedule so I has to cancel it. Now see below how pathetic they are.
1) Customer support is pathetic, they are not having a IQ even like a 10th pass. It took me 30 minutes to make them understand that I want to cancel one particular sector of flight in round trip and still they have cancelled the wrong one and I again has to spend 30 minutes to correct that.
2) Customer support are trained in lying on your face. They said the airline is not available right now, I conferenced the call from my end and it worked. they will promise to call you back in 1 hour and would never return back.
3) If you are thinking to escalated the case to support's supervisor, trust me you would get a different flavour of stupidity and sometimes you would find that support person was actually lesser stupid than his/her supervisor.
4) In website they claim that if you can escalate the case to management anytime, well that is an another part of scam its a pure junk and nobody gives a damn about it in Goibibo. Overall there is no one who will help you in GOIBIBO.
5) They are pathetic while sending an communication to you. They will write you something else and will do something else. you would always be confused. In my case it was a refund any they have sent me an email that I would get 202 rupee as refund till the last moment they haven't told me what is the amount they going to refund.
6) Rest was about the management now here is my opinion for company - Goibibo is certainly a unethical, fraud and only care about looting money as much as they can from the customer. They have many untold policies which will make customer impossible to deal with Goibibo.
I have a mail chain of more than 30 emails with a stupid reply from GOIBiBO if anyone interested to read those please write me, will certainly forward it to you .
Uninstalled Goibibo app and would never dare to deal with them.
