I have a godrej home locker. I have complained about its lock not working on dt.20/10/2022 through email. The complaint was registered vide no.P2110798474.On dt.21/10/2022 one technical support person visited and inspected the locker.He told that he will let me know the price of part to be changed by tomorrow.But he did not called me back. And to my surprise I received sms from godrej secure that my complaint is closed as I refused to pay the inspection charges.In fact the visiting technician did not make any mention of inspection charges.Upon this I again mailed the issue to godrej secure giving factual details and requested to reopen my complaint.Followed up many times via email, customer care number.But till now I did not get any fruitful response from customer care .My complaint is not yet attended , resolved.Very bad customer
