The washing machine is a great inventions of science. I am saying all because of the comfort provided by this to our family members bring a big relaxation into their lives. the very first time I saw a washing machine in television. and in real I saw this in 2003 at my friend's home, that time I was 10 years old.
Then after 9 years my father planned to buy a washing machine. he was confused b/w lg and godrej. then I suggest him for godrej because we was already using godrej Refrigerator.
our budget was only 10, 000. Keep all my requirements in my mind and after some online researching we decided to buy Godrej GWS 620FS. There were a lot of positive reviews about it online and just after 6 months I realized we made a wrong descision by trusting Godrej. A Godrej refrigerator or cooller can be used for decades but not washing machine.
Features -
Semi-Automatic- The machine is with the feature of'Semi Automatic' that means it can be operated by it own and needs attention of the user time to time.
Capacity - you can wash up to 6.2 kg clothes easily.
Power - this consume 300 W of power.
Alertness - gives a notification before the round ends.
Warranty- One Year warranty and some outlets also offer 2 years. The Warranty doesn't cover the hardware broken by any accident, it is only for the technical problems.
Weight - it is light weighted. it is very easy to move or shift.
Body - Exterior body is of Metal and Interior is of Plastic.
Service and Support -When we bought this, a service man came to help us and to tell us how to operate the machine and what to do and what not to do. He also got a stand for the machine.
now I come to the point:
in starting six months we didn't face any problem with this. after that the machine started troubling. The first problem was with the drain, even after turning on the drain knob the water was blocked. I contacted customer care as the warranty period was on. But they did not respond to my complain, though the ticket was registered right after the first call. After so many repeated calls the executive came and resolved the issue. Within a few weeks a new problem started. Now the water flow was constant turning the drain knob. Unless and until the pipe was fixed onto the machine the water flow didn't stop.
I immediately called the customer care and I waited for two days for them to respond. Later when I called them I was told my complain was cancelled.! Again I had to register a new complain which again took 4 days for the executive to come and resolve.
I think you you all can understand what I am trying to say.
