I purchased Godrej Fully Automatic Washing Machine from sales India Ahmedabad with a warranty of 2 years. The machine got damaged due to some internal wire cutting by rats. When contacted customer service, they sent a technician and the technician said there was no Rat Mat fitted so rats went inside and damaged the wiring. Due to this negligence the product got damaged so it was not covered in warranty.
So after some quarrels I decided to pay rs. 600 for repairing, however the technician does not come again for next 5 days. So I got it checked with local electrician. He told it was out of scope for him to repair, so I asked the company people to send the tech person again. He visited and said that your PCB is machine is not working so need to pay 2000 rs.
I am really frustrated due to the poor customer service and tech service provided by such a large group like godrej. Even their executives in Gujarat and Mumbai never tried to help just gave readily prepared responses.
If this does not gets resolved will never buy any godrej product and recommend it to anyone.
