Recently my uncle bought new air conditioner.that is Godrej Green Balance GSC 18 FG 5 WNG 1.5 Ton Split.
He was suffering after buying Godrej division Air Conditioner. 1. When the sales person wanted backlog, HE wanted to confirm the order at that time. He did not give us time to consider other options. 2. The promised services not provided. He had looked first mandatory service on April 1. Until April 15 no follow-up was done, no calls, no service. Support call center is horrible. Everything they say is "The complaint refers to a different department. We will arrange a callback." The callback never happened.
It was bad experience to my uncle with that Ac.
