Godrej eon. Review on Godrej Eon Refrigerator

I had purchased this new Godrej eon (305 Ltr) model between this dussera & diwali period. It looks stunning. I think godrej had launched a good looking refg. The compressor is silent. The body has a bulky look. There is an alarm when the door is opened for some time. However there is a little defect in the alarm system. If the door is opened for few seconds while closing the door there is a small disturbing alarm sound.

Also, the alarm system is only for the main panel and not for ice section. I had looked other refg with same capacity(between 280 - 310 ltrs.) in LG, whirlpool and samsung. But what attract me in godrej is smart placment of shelves and maximum capacity. Ther are some issue with the prices. Although I got the best bargain deal from Thane.

The price vary in different location. The company price declare the price aroung 21,000/- But I got it in 17,400/- from Jain Trader, Thane. I dont know why the company are absolute stuburn about the price but the retailers are flexible in offering good bargain price. But overall the product is good.

Let me tell you one more thing, The refg. I had purchased is with apex door capacity(305 ltr).

It also comes with giga door with capacity range from 240 ltr - 280 ltr.

The market price as claimed by goderj company itself is between 21,000( for 305 ltr) to 26,000(340 ltr). But if you go to any showroom other then pure godrej dealer then you can get in real bargain price as I mentioned above.
