Purchased said machine two months before. Machine lacks appropriate program for daily wash consisting of day ware clothes, towels & undergarments. Day ware clothes & towels require moderate tumble while undergarments require least tumble & more of rinse.
Few programs suggested by Godrej have minimum 80 minutes cycle of which 40 minutes for tumble which sounds absurd.
Programs are fixed therefore no choice for customer to adjust parameters. There is no provision to soak clothes.
If clothes are added later in cycle, machine does no check water level & take additional water.
Machine vibrates occasionally while spinning starts.
Charts of loading capacity of dry clothes look absurd since though machine capacity is 6 Kg, most of the programs recommend 2 to 3 Kg.
