Ordered Godrej washing machine - fuzzy logic from their show room - secunderabad. They delivered product after 5 days that too after many phone calls. This happned in April 04 After three months of use there was huge noise and turbulant shaking of the machine even if we put one single cot bed sheet. I registered a complaint and complaint number is 579006. We could not use the machine for at least one month after the complaint.
After talking to 4-5 people almost every day, i.e at least 100 phone calls they replaced the machine. They did not even fix the bottom plate, water intake pipe and water out let flexi pipe. I had to call some body from near by repair shop keeper and made it fixed. Tehy never bothered to fix the machine and go. they said springs / rods got damaged and the spare parts were out of order and hence the delay. but any way after one month of struggle they replaced the machine and once again after three months the problem is same. I once again called the service centre and informed about the problem.
They sent mechanic immediately and we were told that there is no problem in the machine but when ever sound (disastrous and huge) comes then open the lid and adjust the clothes to the centre. this adjustment we need to do for every wash.
This is a fully automatic washing machine and we spent about 12,900/- and still we need to adjust clothes for every wash. as per the manual and as we were explained while purchasing we can wash 5 kg of clothes per wash. but we were adviced after 5 months of use that including water weight it should be 5kg. in that case we cannot wash more that 2kg of clothes per wash that too with the manual adjustments of clothes centrally during rinse and dry. that means I need to stand there throught the rinsing time and drying time as I do not know when the shaking and huge sounds and hitting the walls will occur. certainly I need to open door for three time i.e for two time rinse and one time dry.
I really do not know what do with this product. No body really cares after my complaints. As they cliam, it is neither fully automatic nor I can wash five kg of clothes. I suggest not to go for this product. sound is some times hitting the walls like any thing - we are afraid that washing machine may tilt and fall down and some times like a running train - taka taka, taka taka etc. you can hear that noise even fro mone kilometer distance.
We are ashamed to use this machine in front of our guests and neighbours due to its noise and shaking. And more over they say that every washing machine is like that only but when we enquired with our neighbours who are using different brands but hey do not have this problem.
