I have 2 T split unit in my home 2006, but I have spent more than 10, 000 on its service, as the Kottayam service center is useless. It takes 15 days to respond. 10 days to get parts, the technician come and open it up and go and never come back.
If you complain again another technician will come and advice to scrap the machine. Horrible Maintenance team.
