I used three products from Godaddy viz. Domain, Hosting and Office 365 Email client services.
My overall experience was quite good but there were a few disappointments which I'm citing below.
Service and support - The service and support is good but I ended up paying more money and also losing money because of a few of their customer service reps. who did not have proper information, and provided me wrong information owing to which I incurred financial loss.
The representative did not provide me proper information regarding linux and windows hosting and so I ended up paying more money by purchasing windows hosting for 2 years as I was new to hosting and it was my first hosting purchase.
The other rep. said, during my pre-purchase inquiry, that I'll get a refund for the remaining period of the service whenever I cancel any / all my services, which is not true, but there's a 90 day money back guarantee beyond which you won't get any money back if you cancel your services with them.
Apart from that, but the customer service reps. are really very helpful, diligent and polite in assisting you with anything you are stuck with.
Informativeness: Godaddy is a big name and it has a lot of quality professionally prepared information and video tutorials on how to operate / manage your services that you've purchased from them.
Timeliness of content being published and going live is very good and usually happens within seconds to minutes.
Design / Usability factor is a little confusing for a user who is not very savvy but the customer service reps. are really very helpful in assisting you with anything you need help with.
Website Load Time is quite good and one should not face any problem with that unless there's a lot of multimedia content on one's website.
Overall, I would say that if their prices get reduced without that affecting their service quality, it can be a great experience for the customers!
