Riding on this train gives u mixed feelings. A Sampark has been added to Goa but certainly there is no Kranti. This certainly has become a better option to Goa from Delhi, not to mention Goa Express, which is also a very gud train. The best thing about this train is that now people have the option of 1 more train to Goa apart from Goa Express. Moreover the train takes a much shorter route to reach Madgaon....the destination. Another advantage is that the train has only 6 scheduled stoppages till Madgaon....Madgaon bein the 6th. A couple of more stops can be added like Ratlam & Panvel at least. This will help a lot of passengers who would like to travel to Mumbai from Kota & places in MP & Rajasthan. On the day I travelled the coaches in the train were very old, in fact some were as old as 10 years. In the rains in Maharashtra & parts of Konkan rain water started to seep in from the upper portion of the train, giving passengers in some bogies some moments of worry. Apart from that the food was ok, no great shakes & certainly lacking in variety. All in all a pretty ok experience.
