Some people commit and leave the organization leaving behind some admin/Front office staffs to suffer for their false commitments. Management should really look in to this unless they are involved in this.
Vacation is a pleasure and we expect friendly staffs to deal with us. And by saying friendly I don't mean them to be smiling without reason but at least to give fair picture to us from beginning. Again in this I don't think the problem is with staff but the management. Don't sale dreams that you cant fulfill. We have put our hard earned money, and someday someone will make you realize what it feels to be when you are cheated.
There is nothing personal here, we are all in this agreement for a business so you serve us as per the agreement and we will certainly make you popular in the right way.
You have a splendid staff with leaders like Priya, give them a pat on back and give them the freedom to put things in writing on what they say to us customers. If you guys a re genuine you shouldn't have any fear.
I just hope that I will get one good vacation without arguing and fighting with your poor lovely staff. If not on us feel pity on your staff please.

No change in attitude from Goleisure. Now in fact they are deciding on the gap between my vacations. You don't believe it then I can show you my email where they said there should be 6 months Gap between 2 bookings. I am ready to accept that also if its on Contract but apparently these are their rules which they never disclose before you sign contracts. Same thing they did for Hotel standard. They say you can take any 4 or 3 star in contract but then when it comes reality they say its up to them what they available in their site. I have both voice recording of their employee Madhura who made this point over phone to me and email copy too. That lady said you can't have things as you wish, then my point is if I m making the payment,things should be as per my wish(Which by the way as per signed Contract) or as per Goleisure's wish(the rules not mentioned any where in the contract.).
Its up to all my fellow readers now to understand how crooked and mischievous these people are. Never ever take their membership else you will repent like me. Not single vacation has gone without any trouble with these morons.
And yes earlier I mentioned their employees are scape goats but now I don't think so after talking to Madhura I believe she is a part of this scam and equally involved.
