I feel this review is:
My dad is 84 years old. His muscles are weak from having chronic hyponetria. On the flight from Delhi to Kochi, they kept him waiting for over 20 minutes in the hot Delhi heat near the stairs up into the aircraft as they did not have enough ground staff to help them. He was so dehydrated and sick by the time he got into the flight. This is really irresponsible of GoAir. Really upset with GoAir wheelchair services.
