Go air is just an airlines with cheap infrastructure and cheap quality of service . they are not good and inflight purchase of food items for short travels is very high. They need to improve very much on their infrastructure and customer service.
Staff: -
Staff is not very friendly they treat customer as if they are slaves.
They are not willing to help the customer if he /she has some confusion or problem in anything regarding aircraft and flight.
Refreshment: -
Refreshments are very poor and they are not very good and very costly if a person buys them for shorter distance flight.
Travel experience: -
Travel experience was not excellent , flight was okay but this also needs to be improved flight need to be more comfortable .
Overall: -
The flight needs to be improved, I will not suggest anyone to go with this.
