Go Air must know the difference between a hard disk and a power bank, My luggage was held at delhi air port because there was a hard disk in it and I was informed at the time of boarding, where as I checked in almost before 2 hrs of the flight.Later I was told to give a written application and write a mail so my baggage could be connected in next flight, I did as I was told and I left a paid up guy behind to collect my luggage in the morning as I had to proceed further according to my itinary for sunderbans, but my luggage was still not connected by next flight, every time I called Goair office they asked me to wait for ten minutes and could not give me a proper reply that when my luggage will connect. My whole trip to sunderban was destroyed due to the negligence of Goair staff and I had to spend 4 days in the sunderbans without my baggage and essentials in it. It was just a horrible experience with Go Air and me and my group have decided never to travel with your airlines in future.
