Greedy Airline, not helping curfew hit passengers. Review on Go Air

Hi, My name is Kapil Jain, My return tickets with my family(4 Passengers) are booked for 18th Sept 2016 from Delhi to Srinagar & 21st Sept 2016 from Srinagar to Delhi(PNR:-PHUAGU & UHTG2Z). We planned to Travel to kashmir for tourism by flight for the first time in our life.

But due to the ongoing curfew and unrest in Whole Kashmir valley we dont want to travel there for safety reasons.

I came to know that many airlines are giving free cancellations to passengers travelling to Srinagar.

I also ask go air to provide me the free cancellation but they are not providing the same.

They are imposing huge cancellations charges on passengers(20000/- INR in my case) who wish to cancel their travel plans to kashmir,

and by doing so these morons are taking advantage of this mercy situation in Kashmir and making huge money as cancellation charges.

I am requesting them from last one week seeking free refund of my tickets as situation in Kashmir do not prevailing me to travel there.

I dont want to put my family on risk but these money making people playing with peoples emotions.

Why DGCA is silent on this matter. Why DGCA is not issuing any advisory to airlines to support curfew hit passengers.

I dont want to give my 20000/- hard earned money to these greedy people(Go air).

Please DGCA do something, otherwise they will eat lots of hard earned money from middle class people like me who are dreaming of travelling by flight for the first time in life.

Such a horrible experience with GO air before travel
