Hello everyone, I had booked a flight of go air to visit Srinagar from Delhi and my flight number is G8128 . My flight has to departed on 9:25 AM but GOAIR is preponed the flight to 8:45 AM which is not actually suitable to us and even go air didn't informed this thing to their customer but over-all I have reached on airport on 8:30 so I was aware of that and taked my boarding passes . After that due to irresponsible negligence by the staff at boarding gate I missed my flight because he is calling at wrong number which was not updated with go air records . This is a very ridiculous this happens with me and I suffer both mentally and financially with go air. This is my worst personal exeperience with GOAIR
