Importance of Passenger nap for Airline growth. Review on Go Air

Today I had to travel to Mumbai for business and I had to take an early morning flight as my meeting was in the early hours of the day. I reached on time and It was raining and full of traffic on Mumbai roads, I was getting late so I decided to get off the cab and run as the client office was nearby. Once I got to the road, I realised that I was not alone but it was a marathon in a busy day like today and many people were following my footsteps or to say otherwise, we all were running and competing with the time to reach our respective office. I had a nice meeting and then then other work made my day productive as well as exhaustive. I was deprived of sleep was waiting to board my return flight. I got to the flight on time and flight attendants were nice. However one thing that went against me was the comfort with the seat and space for leg. I had big goals to take a nice nap in the flight might me bigger than the goals planned for the morning meeting. Jokes apart, the journey was not comfortable and experience was not so good. Request Airlines to take some steps towards the comfort required by the passenger.
