Have travlled by GO - Air a couple of times, the reason I choose Go Air is that they offer the cheapest flights as compared to other LLC, however nothing is served on the flight, other LLC like Jet Lite or KF Red serve you a small meal which is a good gesture, so one doesnot mind paying Rs 100 more to travel with them.
Most of my flights with Go Air have had a lot of turbulance guess this is not the airlines fault though.
Check In at the counters is quick, so is the coming out of luggae after the flight.

If you do a web check in and assign a seat there is a high probability that you would not get that same seat on check in.
I had booked a flight from Mumbai - Delhi on the 26th of Jan 2010, got a call from them saying that due to the runway (main) being closed at Mumbai airport my flight has been posponed by 2 hours, was happy that they have informed me well in advance, then the second surprise in store was that the flight will now go via Jaipur, so instead of leaving Mumbai at 17:15 I would leave at 19:15 and reach delhi at 23:15 againts 19:15, so all in all I would be loosing 4 hrs.
I asked for a complete refund, they said that since the flight has been delayed by only 2 hrs they caannot give a complete refund, Rs 750 would be deducted, if the flgiht is rescheduled by more than 3 hrs then one can get a complete refund. I argues that although you postpone the departure by 2 hrs the arrival is postponed by 4 hrs as the flight is routed Via Jaipur and I should be entitled to a refund, their reply is the company policy pertains to departure only
I needed to be in delhi by 20:00 hrs hence cancelled the flight and booked on Jet Konnect, now the remaining money after cancelling they said would get refunded in the form of a credit note, which would be transferable and valid for 1 year, which ensures that I am forced to travel in the next year and use Go Air to save on my remaining balance, they gave me the confirmation code over the phone, no email, its very convienent to give it over the phone as one would not remember where they have written the code, could have copied it wrongly, the best they can do is send an email with the code.
Friends has anyone managed to get a full refund from Go Air either in cash or trasaction reversed on their credit card, I feel a full refund is applicable as this is a mistake on the airlines path.

Flight Have had turbulaent experiences but the weather was rough so cant blame it on the pilots

Seating space a bit cramped
Overall an avergae airline
