Few months ago I gave a Sony Vaio( european model) for repair as the screen stopped working at CTC Secunderabad. After checking they informed over text that the repair cost is exceeding limit of Rs 1500, they usually do for every customer who ever they gave PC for repair.

They phoned me later and informed that a new screen would cost Rs 25000 as it is not indian model. Then immediately I decided not to get it repaired at this place. after two days I just collected as it was, then went straight to sony service centre. The minute they opened, a WI-Fi module a important component that is missing in my laptop. The very next minute I phoned to Global technologies and even rushed to them that a wi-fi module is missing in it. They are complete reluctant to accept this. But I thought there might be a chance of missing components while opening and fixing. But how come they opened my Wi-fi end if the problem is only with screen and its components. Then requested many a times and even argued to return back my wi-fi module.

Surprisingly this same thing happened roughly just few ago, while I got an issue with my hard disk and gave for repair at same place, they the stole the wi-fi module, but luckily I was picking up the fully repaired PC from them. I tried and checked every key and options whether everything is in working condition or not. They caught red handed on the first time and repaired back with wi-fi module on it. But for the second time they escaped as my screen is not in working condition at all. No power on, nothing, I realised the same thing happened after my PC was opened at sony service centre. The staff were really rude and pretend as if they were genuinely trying to serve. But soon approaching consumer court get it resolved
