Hello friends I am here to talk about Global talent track to a surprise there is no formal training given to new recruiters if you join there you will feel like an outsider for couple of weeks before and it will take a lot of time to settle down with their work style the salary and other benefits at par with the industry standard but there was a huge disparity between work life balance in the company as even you have to work on Sundays there for some days the workplace was not present either as there was constant backstabbing and b u l l y I n g going on by the senior employees to the juniors and curtsy towards the juniors the company had a small flying base for the company was unable to provide good customer service to their clients thank you
