I bought this stove less than a year ago and have had trouble with it from the first day. The knobs were not working, the paint peeling off the frame and the flame was very low right when I took it out of the box. I complained to Glen customer care and had to go all the way up to the manager before someone came to take a look at it. While they were checking it, I was shocked to see that the knobs had pieces of paper inserted to attach it to the frame. The auto ignition was sparking continuously the moment the batteries were inserted.
After a lot of argument, Glen agreed to take it to the workshop and thoroughly check it. But within two months after they did that, the auto ignition was sparking again, the flow of the gas to the burners was not consistent and the gas leaks from the sides of the big burner and I can see the flames coming out from under the burner.
After repeated complaints, someone is yet to come and fix the stove although it is still in warranty period. They promptly give a complaint number and a time when the technician will come but they just keep you waiting and do not show up. I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the service they provide. I did not expect this from Glen.
