Purchased 2 Glen products so far, both had good design & decent pricing, but in both faced after sales services issues
Glen cheat their customer by nice advertisements , they sell their products on discount. They are bad at after sale services. Once you purchase their product, they will not respect their own Wty term and conditions. They will force you to buy spare parts saying the part is damaged because of misuse of product. When you ask for spare parts (e.g chimney filter locks) they will ask you to buy full filters. the lock cost is Rs 50 and filter set will cost Rs 3000.
Their senior team is also unprofessional. they know how to sell products , but they don’t know how to retain customer. They may cheat customers once or twice, but not on long term. If you write a comment on their FB page they will delete it, if the comment is "Pol Khool" of their products. I had posted following comments which they deleted and blocked me.
Glen deleted my Post from their wall, because it was "Pol Khol" post. It was showing the clear picture to public how Glen is working, How their senior Team work, How they miss sell their products. Its really great idea " mis-sell products-- don’t provide after sale Services--- Don’t respect Wty terms & conditions--- Don’t provide right Spare parts, force customer to buy costly assemblies which the don’t need.
At last delete their comments from FB post, so that reality does’t spoil their business, Waw its really a nice way to cheat customer Glem know how to sell product, but don’t know how to maintain customer relations, they force to buy Rs 2000 part if your part costing Rs 50 is damaged, whereas they can easily provide the damaged part as spare part Dear Customers , pls read customers comments as "mouthshut.com" before purchasing Glen products.
