The company promises Life Time worry, however it is not worth the paper written on.
There is never a intention to honour the same. However the charges are pre loaded. They will hide behind technicalities to not service the machine.
The concerned staff and officers are least concerned, no contact details of superior officers are available on site.
It is apparant the company is run totally unprofessionally and hence you can expect the service levels described above.
