We are originally from Bangalore and with that in mind, we purchased costly fridge and TV from Girias in Chennai. The service from Girias is very bad, I blame only the top management who are not yet customer oriented and professionally managing their services.
They do not have any feeling for'after sales service', With their present big size, they could easily build an effective responsive team and system. The owners seem to be only commercial minded, probably still living in the olden days of "short supply with too much demand" when alternatives were very less or almost non-existent,
