Had worst experience, no installation after buying 2 Lloyd AC's when ever calling the people they tell we will come in 1 hour 2 hours. they don't care for customer whose appointments are fixed 2 days prior. I called up the Installation person 2 days prior for fixing the appointment. they agreed for Wednesday and when called Wed morning they are like will send the person by 11, when called by 11 they replied will be sending by 1 & later when I called by 2.30 they are not ready to speak and their only answer was will sen the person.
