I purchased morphy recahrd mixer on cash payment. After reaching, when I was plugging the product it was causing tripping of the full electricity of house. I went immediately back and the sales guy told that its faulty product(ground connected with phase!). He replace it and gave me another piece. After 20 days, my wife witnessed black smoke coming out and burning smell as well. We rushed back to the store and guy told that the piece is fine but inside greese is buring and while using problem will not reoccur. After nine months I again went there and he gave that same rubbish argument. I loudly tried to convince him that its fualty product but he was not ready to accept. Instead, sales guy started teaching me discipline! I was shocked and went to manager named Shiva. He was bloody ba. His behavior was pathetic than his sales man and he openly told me to goto consumer protection. I never come acrosss such Ae in my life. Seriously this show room is not a place to visit as I also witnessed fight between a customer and manager when I went second time for replacement. I am being finally advised to goto service centre for repairing.After paying fully money you end buying faulty product if you goto GIRIAS.
