I had purchased a Gionee M3 mobile, unfortunately the screen got damaged, and I could not locate a service center in A.P., at last I found a service center in Hyderabad after several rounds of manual search throughout the city. I called Customer care, they never picks the call, and replies back saying that they will call back on mobile and they will never calls back.
I have given my phone for replacement of touch screen on this satuday, as they said it will be completed by evening and they will call back, but they never called till today, when I tried to reach their contact no, it is always switched off.
Overall, I would recommend not to buy Gionee phone anymore, as their customer care and service center responses are very very bad.
