Recently I visited Bangalore and since it was a business visit from TCS they had booked my stay in Ginger Hotel whitefield since the TCS office is near by to the Hotel.
The first look on seeing the Hotel was kind of a Guest House with no proper entrance exit signs to help the visitor cabs know the actual place to park the cab.
Room Quality: It looked like a 1970 haunted room with huge walls and the distance between floor to ceiling would be more than 40 feet. Bed sheets were not cleaned washroom was too small with no proper planning for bath area and wash area.
Guest Services: Bummer! Need to call them 4 times just to get one TV remote.
Food And Presentation: This was quiet shocking for me since they have disappointed me totally as a guest but this was something which I could not complain about. The breakfast served was good with a good variety for the taste.
Ambiance: Again a bummer! since there was nothing like ambiance it was a guest house with a good reception area and fancy people who know how to speak English. It was not at par with Hotel.
Value for money: Definitely Not! since they charge 1500-1600 per single room. And the room, room service is not up-to the mark for this price of money.
A long way too go for Ginger whitefield Bangalore. Learn from your Hotels at other location.
