I own a three burner Gilma stove. Its bought in Bangalore and being used in Bangalore. Gas is leaking from stove even when its not being used. It is still within its two years warranty period. Hence, I have tried calling Gilma on their customer care number. However, my calls are not getting answered.
Also, their working hours are not very helpful for a situation like this!
Their warranty terms state that we must get it checked / repaired only by Gilma team. Although we have no other way but to wait at least 48+ Hours, how can we wait in such a hazardous situation?
