Gilma Products are good. Review on Gilma Chimney

Hi I am paramesh this is about the experience which I wanted to share with u all

so basically I was a  Elica customer earlier since I had bought a Elica chimney before 3 years Pricing was surprising for me since price was less as a customer I was happy with the price was fitting in to my budget.

So I purchased but I never thought after sales service so beware before buying if the price is more the product quality is always better so Elica after sales service was not up to the mark because after installation the next 15days   there was offen servicing issues was very bad.

I used to get problems with the motor and pcb boards and the customer care people was also not responding properly aas well as showroom staff so I decided not to go for elica before year I had purchased a villa at sarjapur main road since my office was at ITPL so I used to travel by varthur main road so I had purchased a chimney &hob from gilma showroom which was near by and now its almost 1 year I have no issues with the chimney and hob I had a problem with flame were not properly coming so I had logged a complaint through a gilma software which is very easy u can go to play store and download gilma application so that it avoids calling customer care and after complaint logged in the very next day there was a call from customer care saying that when can they send the technician I was surprised with immediate response so the technician came the very next movement problem was solved well after that incident both chimney and hob  are in awesome condition so I would refer u people to buy gilma for better service.
