Gilma !!!!!!!!. Review on Gilma Chimney

Please Never do the mistake that I have done. Stay away from Gilma. Never ever think of Buying Gilma products. The Servicing is horrible. for the past 1 week I am waisting my time and money calling them again and again but no service Technician has turned up.

The comp[laint No is 142. and everyday the girl replies that tomorrow the Technician will come. God know what they mean by tomorrow and Tomorrow never dies.  1 day the technicians are in leave, 1 day the technician is in Tirupati, next day the Technician is in Vizag and so on endless Story the Girl can tell you.

I bought the Chimney 4 month back and this is the 3rd time I require servicing. The Gilma Service Centre Number is 9396786200. There is a Landline number also, but No Point of giving you the Landline number, I am sure that does not exist all.

Extremely Unprofessional people, extremely unprofessional Service. Sometime I wish I will go to the Service Center and break their head with the chimney.
