I would recommend you only use this site if you don't mind spending premium rates and do not use the images displayed on the website to set your expectations on what will be actually delivered. Sometime they will not even deliver whats stated in the item description and give the excuse it was not available.
I ordered 1 kg box of kaju mix sweets for Rs.1499 and what was delivered was 1kg of inferior quality peda, chana sweets, ladoo, balushahi. I have written a complaint on the same will update review based on their actions (order no. GTI468342/2013).
On another occasion last year I had ordered a 2 kg chocolate cake - the delivered cake did not look anything like the tempting images on the website. Also had a bad experience with the quality of roses delivered - I have seen contradicting reviews that appreciate the quality but I believe you have to be really lucky to expect your loved one will find what you ordered.
In future I would prefer to use a more standard website like Flipkart - their product range is not as cheesy but at-least I get what I order at good rates and don't feel ripped off.
