First time I ordered perfume for a loved one, I placed a date of delivery. Without reading the fine print. So I thought it would be delivered the date I specified when I ordered. Wrong, That only applies to perishable products.
Their customer support was really helpful on chat, as I am not in India I couldn't get hold of the Aramex courier so I asked their CS through chat to do it for me. And they gave me timely updates.
However, what I found odd was Aramex, on their site it said that person was not available and a sms was sent, but person was there and no sms was received.Also, when the gift was received already, Aramex's site stated that it was still for delivery.
I think Giftstoindia should consider changing couriers. :)
