I ordered chocolates(Tasty Cadbury Celebrations) pack for my wife on her birthday. By mistake they sent it thru speed post courier where as it was to be delivered by hand item. When contacted they accepted their mistake and corrected it by sending another box by hand delivery. They did not care about cost in that. They also called to me to verify and support was very prompt and satisfactory. The person who supported, his name is KARAN. Thank you.
