I was looking for a Portable Laptop table to use in Bed at Night. I went through several other website but the cost of the same product was cheaper here than others. I finalized to make a purchase considering they were offering me the additional discount of Rs. 200 on very first order. I made the payment on 16th September and the estimated date of delivery was given to to me on 24th Sept. I did not get any the product of time and reason being Dotzot as their courier partner for my order. I have already reviewed the services of this subsidiary of DTDC Ltd. They are worst in offering the services.
After several followup with Giftease, they got me in touch with courier person. I finally received the order on 26th in good condition.
Their website is not at par with others.They just need to make it more attractive and colorful. Staff always behaved nicely to me.
