Actor-turned-director Sunny Deol's Bollywood movie Ghayal Once Again, which has been produced by his father and actor Dharmendra, has received positive reviews from the audience who called it a grand comeback film.
Ghayal Once Again is an action drama film and it is a sequel to the 1990 super-hit film Ghayal. Written by Sagar Pandya and Shaktimaan Talwar, the movie continues from where its prequel ended and the movie features two characters Ajay Mehra( Sunny Deol) and ACP Joe D'Souza( Om Puri) from the original. The film has got'UA' certificate from the Censor Board without any cut.
Having spent 14 years in jail, Ajay Mehra( Sunny Deol) comes out disturbed and takes on corruption again. Assisted by his four disciples, Ajay targets the white-collar corruption and takes on it through RTIs, but fails to reach his goal. How he takes down the evil powers forms the crux of the story of Ghayal Once Again.
The audience say good story, engaging screenplay and punch dialogues are the biggest assets of Ghayal Once Again. Sunny Deol has delivered wonder work in both the departments of direction and acting. His performance is the main highlight of the movie. Om Puri, Shivam Patil, Aanchal Munjal, Soha Ali Khan, Narendra Jha, Manoj Joshi, Tisca Chopra and others have also done their jobs well.
Ghayal Once Again is very high on action quotient and fight sequences have been choreographed well. Vipin Mishra's background score, Shankar Ehsaan Loy's soundtracks, Ravi Yadav's cinematography and beautiful locations are other big highlights of the movie. Overall, it is a wonderful entertainer and it marks a perfect comeback for Sunny Deol, viewers added.
