GHAYA was the story of a boxer ajay who came Mumbai to find his brother. but anu kapoor tell him that hes brother is working in balwant rai umpire and now he is missing. ajay brother raj babbar dies in truck accident that planed by balwant rai. in court balwant rai proved that ajay have physical relation with his brothers wife and other cases. when ajay was in jail he tell his story to others and they support to ajay. They all run from the jail and finally kill the balwant rai.
Its a different movie of that time because that time we have see industry makes maximum love story but this movie was different theme according to that time. sunny done great job in this movie and he was the most popular actor of that time.
