Haven't received delivery of a Casio watch I ordered from the website 15 days ago. The mode of payment is Cash On Delivery (however they take 10% of the value upfront). Tried calling their customer care support but they seem to be busy and after keeping me on hold for some time they disconnect with a message that we need to keep trying calling them to speak to their support staff till we succeed. One of the probable reason looks like the website facing huge customer issues.
Already received two messages: First informing that product has been picked from Warehouse/SPR one day after the product was ordered and second informing that product was picked from Warehouse/SGE 10 days after the order. Dont know how to differentiate between SPR & SGE :(
This is the worst experience ever after ordering as it has generally taken 1-2 days for shipping (worst case scenario 3-4 days) when I have shopped online. But so far I have no idea when the product is going to be delivered. I read reviews stating that the deliver period from the website is generally long (7-10 days). But I feel already a lot of time has passed and in the present scenario when other portals are delivering products in 1-2 days time, such long delivery time is not going to help this website in attracting customers.
