I'm not a real pro , but i'll definitely try to contribute by sharing these essentials that I know of :_
let us start by determining the root - cause and what can be done to combat it !!
a )Deficiency of vitamins :
try cod liver oil in form of capsules because it is an excellent supplement for vitamin A .
b)depression boosts them :
steer clear of your troubles , reduce your stress levels and tensions because they disturb the hormones and you wont believe till it starts showing up and throwing up on your skin in form of acne and minute cysts ( my pers . exp )
c) castaway your chocolates :
if you wanna know the scientifics then here - they contain a certain excessive amount of oxalic acid which prevents the skin from absorbing calcium.
d) wash wash :
wash your skin 3 - 4 times a day , nice and clean ..water is famous for driving out the hidden pecks of dirt and bacteria on skin
e)drink plenty of water to relieve constipation -as water will flush out all unnecessary toxins outta your system .
f) excercise regularily - it improves your blood circulation which helps in balancing the acid alkali balance level of the skin.
g)stop squeezing :
if you are already blessed with pimples kindly dont aggrevate them by touching them on and off or squeezing them . you will only help them grow again.
g)cleansing - toning - moisturising are indeed the three golden rules and not myths
h)hormones :
sometimes nature plays a game with you .. and your hormones are imbalanced ! hey thats not your fault!there are gynacologists and dermatologists (other skin specialists )
who will help you. just get in touch with them and have patience and faith. do your needful set of treatment !
i)never scrub your skin too hard
j)benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin retin-a will never let you down but ofcourse you have to use them after consultation with your therapist or doctor concerned.
k)clay way :
clay masks absorb excess oil very well.. you could make use of these packs atleast once a fortnight.
l)have a sensible diet comprising of fresh vegetables and fruits. avoid starchy and spicy foods.
m)less is more :
avoid cosmetics ! but if you simply have to use then-natural, or oil-free based products.and at the end of it dont forget to remove your makeup ...
