Acne and Blemished skin can also be treated using alternative medicine. Here are some of my home remedies(not to be taken as any prescription)

  • Tablet forms of'Vitex', which is a common herb found in most herbal drug store. Another name of Vitex is called'chasteberry'. It is very effective in regulating the hormonal activity in your body and I believe

it can cure acne and even rosacea.

  1. TURMERIC is natures internal cosmetic. It is an excellent natural antibiotic which strengthens digestion and helps improve intestinal flora. Turmeric purifies the blood, stimulates the formation of new blood tissue,

promotes proper metabolism by correcting both excesses and deficiencies. INSTRUCTIONS: Eat directly from the jar or dissolve 1 level teaspoon per 50 lbs. of body weight in a cup of warm water and take on empty stomach.

Most of the herbs in this formula are classified as rejuvenators. Rejuvenators generally take sometime to strenghthen internal organs.

As with most herbal cures it is recommended that one consume 4 to 6 jars over a three to four month period to get satisfied results. One can also continue taking throughout life to maintain good health.

  1. Teatree oil indeed is good for Acne.Dab 1 drop of tea tree essential oil on the pus-filled head of a pimple or spot twice a day. Use Rosemary also in herbal steams and poultices as an anti-inflammatory and astringent. It strengthens capillaries. Don't mix it with any cosmetics.

  2. Dab pure lemon juice onto the pus-filled area, or dilute 1 tsp of lemon juice with 1 tbs of water and use as a skin wash twice a day.
