I am going to advice on how to get rid of pimples/acne. once you are in teenage this problem starts arising. its very necessary to take care right from then because it may increase and cause big trouble. first of all you need to take care is of your diet don't eat so much junk food. the pollution in metro cities is tremendous so you should wash your face regularly.

There are different products for oily skin so choose them wisely. don't touch pimples a lot as it will create permanent marks on your face. there are number of methods to control them and as it is said prevention is better then cure. don't get worried a lot if you having them just take care of it. drink lot of water as its most important thing. have proper sleep and its very necessary to cleanse and tone your face at night while sleeping.

there are many treatments available in market which may benefit you if your problem is intense. eat meethi empty stomach in the morning. avoid oily stuff. have plenty of water as soon as you get up. you can get rid of it even by using home products such as haldi and besan and put some milk in it. one of the most important reason is dandruff so wash atleast 2 times your hairs in a week. keep you stomach clean. its very important to exercise daily its will not only nourish your skin but also keep you healthy. be happy be positive and lead your life in happy way.
