Vitamins are great.  Pimples are a bummer.  Accutane is harsh med that has a huge pool of side effects that could be a scary dive.  However, there is a little secret to actually curing Acne.  It's called Pantothetic Acid, and you can find it at most health food stores.  There are no real side effects.  You may experience an initial break out, which is normal and shows the stuff is working, and if you don't eat efficiently, you could even get diarrhea, but that's pretty uncommon. It's best to buy a bottle of pills that are 500mg, and you should take 8-10 of these a day.
