Dandruff is the worst enemy of healthy hair as well as your beautiful skin. It also kills your hair as well as skin. If ignored this problem, can cause acne and small boils, not only on your face as well as on your whole body. It also causes hair fall.

The main reason of dandruff is cracking of dead cells. We all know that our body always create new cells and remove dead cells. But if these dead cells are not removed properly, it can cause health problems. So you have to be very careful regarding this matter.

A good diet is very important thing for health related problems including dandruff also. You should have to take a lot of water, healthy food, fruits and exercise is also required in your daily tight schedule. The necessary rest for your body is also required thing to fight on dandruff.

The dandruff may cause due to improper diet, less quantity of water intake, stress and lack of sleep.

My simple remedy to fight on dandruff is use lemon on hair; wash your hair 2-3 times in the whole week. Comb your hair at least twice a day by using clean comb. At the end the most important thing is?Use oil for your hair? It will take care regarding the matter of cracking the dead cells?

I am telling this as one of my relative was facing the same problem. Because of dandruff, her whole back as well as face was filled with ance and boils. Even she was pretty, bcause of this, she was facing problems. But now she is using some'Scalpe' shampoo and the problem is reduces. So pls don't ignore dandruff problem
