The inverter is really good and silent.
But they should provide a plug with it, you need buy a extra plug for getting it started. So far it has worked extremely well for me. I have frequent power eruptions and the inverter is lifeline for me. Word of caution, check your electrical lines well. If power and lighting lines are mixed up then the inverter will have overload. Does not work for referigerators, washing machine, oven etc. Only for lighting lines. Always call your electrician. Some things better to leave it to expert. Good durability and working back up is great.
