We have recently visited your amusement park. The mall is done up well. It was good experience.
In the theme park, we had a very bad taste. The Ice Age show which had a long queue of almost an hour, had a technical breakdown. It was a sheer waste of time to queue up and ending in a no show. The attendants were professional to announce that we sod leave.
Visited a circular ride (red coloured one) - which was operating. As our daughters reached the gates - the attendant announced that it is not available and it is going for technical inspection and we sod return after 1 hours.
When we returned again, and the ride was operational, the same attendant again repeated the same thing, as if he is programmed to say that - it is not available and it is going for technical inspection and we sod return after 1 hours.
It was embarrassing to watch the way our Kids were treated. We paid for the entry to the theme park and yet we were not able to avail it due to repeated technical failures.
Sorry to say but this is a bad experience...
